Tru By Hilton Portland Airport Area Me Hotel - South Portland

I previously stayed in south portland and was really surprised by how much better my experience was at this tru hotel. The room was clean and equipped with essential amenities. The breakfast was a highlight.

Its location was great and easy in Freeport.

Everything was great, met what we needed, and the staff were nice people at the reception desk. The hotel's position was marvellous not far from eateries and bars.

The hotel featured cheerful, vibrant colors that instantly lifted my spirits. I particularly appreciated the friendly layout, made moving around easy for seniors like me, even if my joints weren't in the best shape that day!

Need better soundproofing in rooms.

Stayed here for 1 night with my pet, had a quite comfortable stay.

The room was bright, moreover gorgeous with comfortable beds. The hotel was in a central location right across from the mall. Plus, it was close to airport, local restaurants, and the downtown area and old orchard beach.

A Cozy Room with a Twist

The staff was really good, always greeting us with smiles. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly varied. Easy access to everything.

The lack of soundproofing was disappointing. We could hear neighbors and hallway commotion, which affected our sleep quality. Improved insulation would be a great upgrade.

Request a non-pet room in advance to ensure a comfortable stay if you have allergies.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast options that started my day off right. The hotel had a cozy lounge area perfect, and a nice outdoor patio too. The only thing I noticed was that the shower could use a little more water pressure, but it was still refreshing 😊

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to downtown Portland. The kids loved the game's area in the lobby with entertainment for the whole family. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, made mornings enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great to have more convenient parking options for families with children.

The free 24/7 shuttle to the airport made my travel effortless and stress-free. The lobby was bright and inviting, complete with a pool table that kept my spirits high during downtime.
